With a rich background in career and business consulting, as well as EI&D facilitation, Edidiong has guided countless individuals through career transitions, business growth, and the alignment of their goals and values. Grounded in principles of empowerment, mindfulness, and embracing unique needs, Edidiong specializes in working with adults, particularly focusing on supporting neurodivergent, queer, and BIPOC communities.
Edidiong is a Queer, auDHD, non-binary, Black-mixed, human fueled by the conviction that everyone, especially those from historically marginalized communities, deserves a space where their journey is acknowledged and their dreams are encouraged to flourish. She is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space where people can explore their unique journey without judgment. Her passion is in fostering spaces where authenticity flourishes, unburdened by societal norms. Their coaching approach is not just a profession; it's a calling to create a haven for empowerment and self-discovery.
In their late twenties, a profound internal shift occurred. Faced with the convergence of COVID, the loss of a beloved, and a deepening understanding of the brutal realities of capitalism and colonization, they realized that conformity wasn't aspirational. She needed to realign and come back to herself. They went on my own inner return to discover who they really were. What did she like, what did they believe in, how could she help shape change, both internally and in the world.
Her journey has been characterized by uncertainty and obstacles, yet each challenge has transformed into a stepping stone towards their dream—guiding others like you through unique transformative journeys. She firmly believes that a profound sense of grounding and alignment unfolds when we choose to live authentically, fearlessly embracing our unique needs.
